The Scout

Exploration Stage: Observatory
From: Isabelle
Description: Well, let’s try another approach to studying the foggy lights. Last night, I saw them on their way to the Observatory. I suppose there’s some source here that attracted them. A prophetic bird’s cry will reveal its location to us. Hand me the vial containing the cry.
Completed: Oh, you found the vial so quickly! Now I’ll open it, and the prophetic bird’s cry will spread throughout the City like a sound wave and find the source that attracted the foggy lights. Nothing can hide from it. Close your ears though. The sound will be quite loud.
