Mysterious Source

From: Martha
Description: The cry from the vial showed no traces of the lights in the Observatory, even though they were heading here last night and the ancients say that these sparks are pieces of a human soul. I’ll need artifacts to check this.
Completed: In the artifacts’ light, the City has revealed to us the Manuscript of Souls - a mysterious ancient scroll stored at City Hall. Quick, open it. I can’t wait to find out what’s written there. I think it will give us the answer to the mysterious lights.
