Exploration Stage: Negotiation Room
From: Mr. Black
Description: I worked out a whole plan for how to prevent Violet’s Octopuses from finding their former comrade-in-arms who betrayed the Shadow. We’ll issue documents for him with false information. A new citizen’s passport should be ready. Bring it from the office for my signature.
Completed: The passport you brought will help us pass off the fugitive as an ordinary citizen. He will be listed as a newcomer who has returned from the fog and remembers little about his wanderings. It’s difficult to forge such a passport, so no one will doubt his identity.
