Description: Oh no! It's raining heavily in the city, and we can't let the weather ruin the festivities! Veera, do you remember when we made a cloud-dispelling tool out of the stuff in my father's workshop? It seems the time has come to put it into practice!
Completed: The cloud catcher is working well! Of course, we must not disturb the balance of nature or manipulate the weather too often, but this time is special. I really want to keep the festival on schedule. The skies over the city have cleared up, making it a perfect day for the festival!
