Description: Indeed, I was mayor of this city before the collector arrived. He arrived before the "distortion" happened. He was a talented young man with big ambitions and didn't look like the type who would be involved in crime. He showed up with a diploma, letters of recommendation, and several more projects. He may still be around here...look for him.
