Description: I'm pretty sure the credit card scammer is up to something shady, but I can't find any direct leads. I did spot him taking a bulb of garlic to the suburbs. The garlic was fogged overnight and then retrieved by the card scammer in the morning. Let's check it out.
Completed: Wow, the fog has completely changed the shape of the garlic! Look, it's blackish and doesn't even smell good. I'm not a vampire, but I wouldn't try it. And I don't think even the monsters in town would be attracted to this garlic bait. I wonder if the card cheaters have decided to summon a new beast?
