Insidious Surveillance

Exploration Stage: Full Moon Tower
From: Mr. Black
Description: Perhaps the secret visitor to the tower is just a lunatic who worships the werewolf. There’s a monster club in the City, didn’t you know? But they’re all under my supervision, and none of them came here. Wait, isn’t that a hidden camera over there in the corner?
Completed: Aha, I was right! That’s a cleverly hidden camera. I can tell that our intruder is watching the beast with the help of high-quality equipment. This greatly narrows the circle of suspects. But we’d better look for more evidence and find a specific person.
