Preventing Rain

Exploration Stage: Burned-out Estate
From: Janko
Description: What a disaster! There’s a heavy rainstorm brewing over the City! We can’t let bad weather ruin our festival! Vera, remember how we made a device for dispersing clouds with what we found in our fathers’ workshops? Looks like it’s time to try it out!
Completed: The cloud catcher is working, my friends! Of course, we shouldn’t disturb the natural balance and interfere with the weather too often, but this is a special case. I really want the festival to go as planned. The sky above the City is now perfectly clear for that!
