Pure Artifacts

Exploration Stage: Artifact Bank
From: Mr. Black
Description: If Broderick wants to use the artifacts, he needs a special solution that cleanses them from their previous owners’ energy. This is a common procedure in the bank; I’ve gone through it many times. Help me find the solution!
Completed: You found the nullifying solution issued in Broderick’s name! My hunch was right; he wants the artifacts at their full potential. Even if his cause is good, this is too much power for anyone. He’s a danger to the City!
