Description: We looked at how the hobgoblin got into the bank, but maybe he was always here, hence the foot warmer. How do you live in a cold Vault otherwise? It may have broken down so the hobgoblin became angry and mischievous. Maybe he just wants to get warm. Look for some cozy clothes in the bank!
