Themis Awakened

Exploration Stage: Palace of Justice
From: Alford Stone
Description: Ironically, the culprit almost destroyed half the City by moving the fog but accidentally turned on the mechanical judge and will be its first accused in years. How does the Palace of Justice even work? I can’t wait to see.
Completed: The Palace is ready for the Fog Unleasher’s hearing. The impartial Themis is in place, and the cell for the accused looks reliable despite being transparent. Let’s look at this criminal. I’ll put on a couple more charms, just in case.
