A Short Flight

Exploration Stage: Palace of Justice
From: Rayden Storke
Description: With the Collector, Kinde could’ve had a hand in another cold case. An unusual aircraft crashed into the City one night, destroying several buildings. Help me bring a piece of the device to court.
Completed: Surprisingly, Kinde identified the fallen device’s fragment. He calls it a "rocket." Allegedly, Kinde made a prototype to quickly move between the Upper and Lower City, but "Friend" took it while he was sleeping.
