A Decisive Flight

Exploration Stage: Palace of Justice
From: Alford Stone
Description: I want the verdict of the Palace of Justice carried out, so Arcane can’t harm anyone. I’m ready to use one of the pearls of my rare collection: an elixir of lightness. It’s in a bottle with an owl figurine. Help me find it.
Completed: Yes, that’s the elixir of lightness. According to the legend, it separates the soul from the body, allowing it to travel the subtle worlds and then easily return. But we’ll send Arcane into the new container, freeing Kinde.
