Stopping Spring

From: Agvid Hanson
Description: In bad hands, the stolen spring energy could lose its life-giving power. Who could be capable of such a crime against nature? Please lend your artifacts to find where the ground particles are.
Completed: The artifacts awaken the wind. It shakes the willow branches, and they point toward the fence... Linen sacks are stacked here, and one is filled with ground spring particles! Is the mill run by an evil sorcerer who plans to deprive the spring of all living things?
