Diplomatic Ties

Exploration Stage: Dragon Sailboat
From: Martha
Description: We may have sent the sunlight amulet to the underwater inhabitants, but how can we make sure everything is working properly? And learn more about the miracle city... We need a better means of communication than stones and shells. I have an idea! Could you fix an old toy for me?
Completed: Thank you for repairing this mechanical crab toy made from an old clock. Now I will enchant it, and we will have a messenger that can move both on land and underwater! With its help, we will be able to exchange messages with the underwater citizens.
