- Items from the Fellowship's past bring us closer to the statute. In the Collector's records, there's information about the Master Lamplighter. He saved many lives by patrolling the verge of the fog. I'm sure the City's authorities awarded him something. Let's check.

- On the Honorary Citizen's Medal it says that it was issued for rescuing a boy from the fog... It's a pity the name wore off. I remember this story; the boy then became the Lamplighter's assistant.
