A MASTER OF PERSUASION

Exploration Stage: Festive Street
From: Hana Chong
Description: Many in my department believe that the culprit is an adept in nunchi persuasion. The thief often leaves victims a ring with a flower on it. Look for it.
Completed: You found the nunchi ring in your pocket? And you forgot who gave it to you and can’t remember what you talked to the person about? That’s a persuasion technique used by the culprit.
