A Navigational Device

Exploration Stage: Stargazing Terrace
From: Arcturus Star
Description: I don’t have any fresh information about the Order. I lived a secluded life in the Lower City. I needed equipment from the Upper City, so I came here using a special compass. It’s around here somewhere. Look for it.
Completed: This is an astrocompass. It’s set up to indicate the direction of the guiding stars. The device is complicated but effective, and with its help, I traveled from the Lower City to the Upper City through underground caves and abandoned mines.
