Hide-and-Seek

Exploration Stage: Stargazing Terrace
From: Arcturus Star
Description: I was supposed to meet a colleague in the Upper City and get a device to save my daughter. But all I found at the meeting place was a message waiting for me. Here it is - very much his style.
Completed: There’s a crystal to activate the energy station and a voice message. No, it self-destructed. But I have instructions on where to find the necessary parts and how to set up the device.
