An Unexpected Guest

Exploration Stage: Herbalist’s Abode
From: Loukia
Description: I only wanted to help Lucas catch the dragon, but it seems I’ve awoken some dormant power inside him. We should be able to contain it with a pair of ethereal shackles. Please find them.
Completed: Good job finding the shackles. Fortunately, we don’t need them anymore. Lucas says his power is under control. It was bestowed upon him by the fog. Yes, "that" fog. Lucas has a connection to it.
