- I'm still not certain that the problems at Santa's Workshop, and the broken conveyor belt, are the work of the Snow Queen... but we can't save Christmas without Santa Claus. Where has that kindly ld soul wandered off to? It looks like he just stepped out for a minute, but based on the layer of dust, he's been gone for a long time. Remember how the elves, Santa's helpers, asked us for help? They must know where he is. Let's try to find one of the elves.

- There's a little elf curled up into a ball under a workbench. Judging from this anvil, he must be a blacksmith. So he's the one who made my special dagger! The elf is all covered in hoarfrost, and he's barely breathing. But who froze him? Look, there's a note next to him.
