The Security Service succeeded the Order of the Defenders, whose members defeated the monsters that came out of the fog. Take a look at their emblem, it speaks volumes.
Completed: Yes, this is it - the proud emblem of the Order of the Defenders. The brave guys from the Order dealt with the monsters. Then the Order fell aprt, but the Security Service was formed instead.
