Description: Did you open the City Dungeons doors? I've leaned that the City's Exploration Chest is there, with the artifacts that can change the City's rules. I've found it, but it's locked and there's no key. Maybe old records will tell us where it may be?
Completed: You found a piece of a newspaper? It's at least a hundred years old and has almost completely faded. I'll try to read it but I need to find my golden pince-nez.
