Description: Mon ami, allow me to speak. The Master studied time, travelled through it and was about to conduct an experiment to slow down time here in the City. He even mentioned that this was only the beginning! If we collect the items that he used in his experiments, then we'll understand what his end goal was - and what his scientific research led to. Find something connected to the Master's experiments. The City will help you.
Completed: The first find! Bravo, mon ami! It looks like a compass, only it's demagnetised. The needle is spinning like crazy! Oh, and if you step further away from the Master's devices, the needle comes to a stop and points red. This device must identify time anomalies!
