Description: I hope that Carlos will have something to say in his defense when we find him. Look - fresh shoe prints! Maybe they belong to Carlos? There's something shiny over there, where the tracks disapper into the fog. I can't make out what it is from here. Let's try to get it!
Completed: Is it a plate for making coins? Hmm, it could well belong to the person Carlos met here. I know several counterfeiters who worked in the Foggy Backstreet but they've allegedly retired. We need to interrogate them!
