Skillful Manipulator

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Mr. Black
Description: We have to find out what’s really going on under Violet’s leadership. In the Security Service storage, we only found survival hardtack. But when the fog isolated the building, the storage was crammed with various provisions. Where did all the supplies go?
Completed: I can’t believe you found the missing food supply in the pantry of the Octopus’s assembly hall! Perhaps, by hiding food supplies, Violet instilled into the other agents the thought that the situation was critical, because frightened people are far more easier to control.
