Deceptive Maneuver

Exploration Stage: Octopus Citadel
From: Mr. Black
Description: You need to understand that this operation is top secret. We’re taking a necessary risk. To place a bug on Violet’s dog’s collar, we first need to lure him out of his owner’s field of vision... Let’s look for a decoy that imitates meowing.
Completed: Great, you found the cat decoy. It’s simple. Blow here and it meows. It’s child’s play! But all this is to restore justice. Aha, look, it works! It’s important that only Violet’s beast comes running here, not all the dogs around.
