Special Connection

Exploration Stage: Foggy Oasis
From: Mr. Black
Description: During his interrogation, Paku assured me that he had a special connection with the fog and that after some things happened to him, he could wander in the fog without any consequences. But I don’t believe that. Does the abbot have something one can only get in the inaccessible depths of the fog?
Completed: Look, this incense burner is made of fogvine, an extremely rare plant that can only be obtained where the fog is thickest. Even the scavengers can’t reach there. Do you believe that Abbot Paku can go to such places without special protection?
