- You can never be too careful. If the pumpkins look like monsters, then actual monsters could be mixed in there and even attack citizens during the festival. There is something lurking in the pumpkin. A snake or a bird of prey? Let's catch the monster.

- What did you catch? A monster or another pumpkin? Hmmm... this one's a Tsurukubi pumpkin. It looks like a hideous monster with eyes that are plotting something, like it's mocking us. It must be a rare vegetable, but let's leave it out of our investigation until we get the full picture.
