- Description
- I’m disturbed by the cold felt by the Conductor and by the strange objects you’ve found. I sense the City’s magic in this phenomenon and I intend to address it directly. This will require charged artifacts. Bring me some, and I’ll find out the reason for this cold snap.
- Completed
- In the artifacts’ glow, I see the frozen coal, a plaque with a compartment number, and telephone for contacting the driver... These items are from the Foggy Express that the Conductor dreams about, and its ghost passengers are exuding an otherworldly cold that’s sneaking into reality!
