Family Locket

From: Martha
Description: We have all the parts of the locket. Bring me some artifacts to charge the locket with the magic of the City.
Completed: The locket has been assembled and the power of love that lived in Michel, Ellen and their daughter Irene pulses within. Now, put the locket around the neck of the Ice Man. See, he gets up off his knees and the icy tears stop flowing down his cheeks. He opens the locket and waves of heat run over his frozen body. The Ice Man melts, turning him into the ghost of Michel.
