- The miller assured us that the water mill would not take anything away from the spring particles. Rather, he said, it brings spring closer. He even seems to be able to show us the blueprints of the waterwheel house so that we can understand how it works. But for that, we need to help him find the blueprints.

- Thanks for finding the blueprints. According to the diagram, it appears that the water mill attracts cold air through a magical device that grinds it into snow dust, thus bringing spring. So the miller collects that powder and scatters it when winter comes.
