Disturbing Greenery

Exploration Stage: Full Moon Tower
From: Mr. Black
Description: The unknown person who’s been secretly visiting the Full Moon Tower is leaving a strange trail. For example, they moved the buildings on the model of the City and added some details there. It alarms me that they’re in the form of trees. Perhaps it’s a hint about planned ambushes? Take a look.
Completed: I agree, these fake trees do look like theatrical scenery. But who needed to bring them here, and why? I don’t think that someone crazy just suddenly decided to decorate the model of the Upper City. They clearly have a goal, and most likely a criminal one.
