Description: I've already thought about that issue. Apparently the captain's stars didn't line up right and he's back to being a ghost. We had a hand in it. I'll go talk to him. I need your help. Find an old pair of scissors, cut the red ribbon with them, and bring them both to me.
Completed: Then bring me the logbook of the Wandering Dutchman from your stash. What a surprise. I know you've read it. Open it to the appropriate page, tuck the scissors in, close the logbook, tie it with a red ribbon, and wait. When I say the incantation, the ghost of the captain will appear.
