Exploration Stage: Clock Tower
From: Alicia
Description: After the clock spring comes the trigger mechanism. The spring provides energy, but it still needs to be converted into momentum, which will set the clock in motion. The trigger mechanism is right here. Let me examine the front, while you look from the back.
Completed: The trigger mechanism works properly. But what’s interesting is that the escapement wheel that regulates the movement of the clock hands and the pendulum has uneven teeth. Also, the clock’s rhythm is uninterrupted. It regulates its processes like a living organism, spinning the wheel at different speeds.
