Alarming Signal

Exploration Stage: Clock Tower
From: Carlos Light
Description: Vera mentioned that the League’s inventions had a mark visible only to the initiated. Let’s find the developments attributed to the League, and I’ll figure out how to check the mark. The League members are said to have assembled the first fog alarms. I had one, did you see it?
Completed: That’s right, it’s a fog alarm. When the fog came quickly and suddenly, it warned of its approach with the radiance of its crystal several minutes before and helped save the townspeople. I don’t see any mark on the device yet, but I’ll examine it in different lighting conditions.
