Dark Glow

From: Carlos Light
Description: To help us and the Wanderer find the artifact, the City has led us to an unassuming house on the edge of the Foggy Backstreet. By listening to the City’s voice, Lucas found a cache under the home’s broken floor. Please bring me some tools so I can extract the contents without damaging them.
Completed: I use the tools to carefully remove old planks and remnants of the protective steel shell from the surface of the cache. I see a box inside... But it’s shattered and empty, and there’s a Shadow Cult seal on the broken glass! I’m afraid we’re too late. They already have the artifact!
