Inedible Harvest

Exploration Stage: Palace of Justice
From: Kira Woodville
Description: During a search of Kinde’s apartment, another machine similar to the Collector’s was seized. On closer inspection, I realized it was the cause of the recent disaster that almost starved the Upper City. It’s a plant killer! See for yourself.
Completed: What an insidious plan: to use a machine to turn fruit into inedible crystals. We blamed the scavengers for this crystal disease, but it was Kinde and his accomplice who nearly starved us to death.
