Evil Incarnate

From: Martha
Description: Do you see that ominous kite? It hovers closely, though it’s not tethered with string! I think it’s Nu Yao herself - she must have tracked down Li Ling somehow. Does she think she’s invincible in this form? We need some artifacts to knock down the kite. Bring them to me, and the witch won’t hurt anyone again.
Completed: Having strengthened the ward of the four heroes with your artifacts, we brought down the kite! It caught fire as it fell and burned up completely before touching the ground. Nu Yao won’t hurt anyone ever again. Look, the poisonous rain has stopped. Our City is saved, and the River City, too!
