Description: There was a security camera in the store where the damage was done. I was not aware of any security cameras being used in town, nor did any witnesses mention it. I played back the footage to see if it showed the thief.
Completed: Upon examination of the security camera, it was found to be a fake. It seems that the cameras were installed not for security purposes, but to intimidate visitors by giving them the illusion that they were being monitored by the cameras.
