Description: The woman did carry something luminous. And she turned into an alley full of the fog without putting on a breathing apparatus. It was dangerous; she might have needed help. This was evidenced by the readings of the fog activity indicator. Find it.
Completed: This is Carlos Light's fog activity indicator. He asked me to take measurements in different parts of the City. The fog activity in the alley where the woman went was high, but she did not stop. This means she must have been protected by anti-fog crystals.
