Description: I love my adoptive father and Tillie dearly. However, these feelings did not develop immediately. At first I felt terribly sad about not having family, but being with Tillie helped ease my sadness. There is a potted apple tree next to my desk. If you find it, I will tell you a good story.
Completed: There was a similar apple tree on the wagon. My parents used to say that a family is connected like the fruit on one tree. I told this story to Tillie and she gave me this tree. Now this tree represents my love for my two families.
