  • Trinity Amulet

    Juliette

There was one more amulet in that fortune telling. It is an amulet of the trinity of goddesses, Trinity, called "the phase of the moon. It is symbolized by the image of three women: a girl, a mother, and an old woman. A young girl, a mother, and an old woman. Look for the Moon Phase Amulet. It will help Martha remember what happened during the reading.

This "moon phase amulet" will definitely bring back Martha's memory. Martha always lined up the phases of the moon when she did her readings. She did that again today.

  • Offering to the Goddess

    Juliette

I almost forgot. Before we started the reading, Martha told me that if I made an offering to the moon goddess, she might be able to tell me more about my future. If I made an offering to the moon goddess, she might be able to tell me more about my future. I made some crystals as an offering to the goddess. I need to find a container with a statue of the god that contains the offerings to the moon.

Offerings to the moon were ceremonially made in a container with this image of the god. People believed that this would protect them from the evil gods of the night. I hope the moon will bring back the memory of Martha.

  • Ifa's Prophecy

    Isabelle

Martha did this divination for Julie, but I know the process here. The Witch's Rope Ladder is placed on a beautifully carved tray called the Ifa Tray. With it, you can read the future accurately. Let's find that one. It will help Martha remember the divination session.

You found it! This tray is very old. Martha brought it back from New Orleans. Do you know how many futures it has divined?

    Manor House Gate

  • entangled fortune-telling

    Juliette

Before the session began, Martha asked me to turn in my personal belongings. She said it would point me to the things in my future that I cared about most. I pulled out my ring. Martha braided it into a "witch's rope ladder. It's a rope decorated with feathers and beads. Look for it.

Yes, this is the "Witch's Rope Ladder" that Martha made for divination. She said she could read my destiny from the shape this rope makes.

  • Calming Smell

    Juliette

When I walked into the room I could smell the strong lavender scent. Martha had a large "lavender heart shape" on the table. She told me that the scent of lavender was opening the celestial astral ground in my heart to show me the future. When the explosion occurred, I saw the Lavender Heart Shape being flown to the Gates of the Mansion. Please look for it.

Thank you. Here's the "lavender heart shape" from Martha's ritual. This scent is so calming...

    Manor House Gate

  • Smoke purification

    Conductor

The smell of wormwood is choking me, can't you smell it? Martha said you use wormwood to dispel magic. The mistress must not have liked it. Why don't we find a bunch of Wormwood and get rid of it? Maybe that will clear the fog.

I can breathe easier now! I wouldn't be too happy if my neighbor was smoking wormwood in his front yard. I don't need any magic from this stuff. But the fog won't go away.

    Manor House Gate

  • Cursed bottle

    Isabelle

Martha used magic to keep away the mistress's admirers who interfered with her work. Perhaps the mistress didn't like that. What kind of magic did the mistress use against Martha to make the fog appear? Have you seen a vial with a pentagram in it at the gate? Look for it.

Oh! Just as I thought. This is the Witch's Vial! It repels the magic cast on its maker. But it's not enough to create a mist. Something's missing.

    Manor House Gate

  • counter-magic

    Isabelle

I sense a magical item with traces of Martha's energy at the "mansion gates." Maybe Martha was trying to dispel the mistress's magic. We should look for anti-magic. If we find it, we will know what happened at the mansion's gates.

This egg is a powerful anti-magic. Look, there's a needle inside. The mistress must have been furious when she found this anti-magic item that Martha had created.

    Manor House Gate

  • magic apple

    Valerie

The air at the Gates of the Mansion is full of the magic of love. Even I can tell. I heard that poor Juan used to knock on Martha's door. He used to ask her to cast a spell on the mistress. Of course, Martha turned them all down. Maybe that's what happened? I saw the magic apple. Find that one.

I know about this apple. This victim will not be able to forget the person he enchanted until the apple juice runs out. Look, there's the mistress's name. So, what the hell happened at the gate?

    Manor House Gate

  • Proof of gift

    Detective

Buddy, apparently this mysterious typhoon has blown everything around the "mansion gates". Let's look for clues in the gifts left by the mistress's admirers. Perhaps one of them might have weakened Martha's powers? Have you seen anything strange? I'm thinking something like "eternal flowers" trapped in ice.

I've got a note left by a fan of the unfortunate mistress, man. "This flower is eternal, like my love. Martha used to complain that the mistress's admirers got in the way of her doing her magic.

  • To the Path of Evil

    Cardsharp

The young Giovanni Di Fiori lost his self-control after the death of his father. This old card cheat understands all too well! There is a sweet charm in a life that is falling away. Perhaps this Di Fiori story is what is depicted in the "Italian Style Patio" painting? Is there anything that shows his bad behavior, e.g., dice?

The horns on these dice are worn out. Young Di Fiori seems to have played with these dice a lot! But this doesn't seem to be the most important subject on the canvas either. So what happened next?

    Itallian Patio

  • Dance of Death

    Adeline Svensson

The fact that Di Fiori's father had the plague makes it likely that the story ended in tragedy. Perhaps the artist was trying to depict a painful childhood experience? Let's look into the fate of the architect. If he died, his tableau sculpture would have been in di Fiori's house. Is there anything like it here?

It's a shame they found the Memento Mori sculpture. It's Latin for "Remember Death." Di Fiori's father died of the plague.

    Itallian Patio

  • Mystery Diseases

    Martha

Could the story of Di Fiori's childhood reveal the conception of that painting and remove its soul? I can feel the astral of the celestials moving...Giovanni's father was sick. If you have the medicine, you will know about that disease. Find me the pot of medicine, Albarello. Then you can tell us what happened to Fiori's father.

The potion in the albarello is made of herbs and alchemical powders, isn't it? The contents and the inscription on the jar suggest that Di Fiori's father had the plague. It was widespread in Venice at that time.

    Itallian Patio

  • The First Step to Becoming a Master Craftsman

    Isabelle

Is it true that Giovanni's father tried to teach him architecture? After all, Giovanni became famous as a painter, not an architect. He was not an architect. If I had the tools he used as a boy, I would be able to clarify this. Look for something like the "architect's surveying instruments" on the patio. It's one of the basic tools!

This surveying instrument, a theodolite, is a device used to measure angles. Here are some notes from my childhood! The Di Fiori boy was given building equipment instead of toys. His father used to take his son to work, until he became ill.

    Itallian Patio

  • Aristocrats in the employ of

    Adeline Svensson

Giovanni painted his own story. Not directly, but there are clues that will help us retell di Fiori's tale. We have to stop the power of the masterpiece and rescue the detective from the painting. His father served the aristocracy. This has to be the key to the story! Search the patio for any emblems of nobility...for example, a plate.

It's a plate with a family crest. It's made of Murano glass. It belonged to Duke Visconti, who was famous for his palaces! So old Fiori was the Duke's architect.

    Itallian Patio

  • Inner Light

    Cardsharp

Di Fiori must not have thought of having a detective in that masterpiece. You need to remove the detective from the picture! No, I mean, we're going to "help" him. We need to find Van Eyck's priceless varnish on the patio. He was a real genius! Giovanni must have found out about van Eyck's talent. Giovanni would have studied Van Eyck's talent in order to control his own.

I say this as a connoisseur of masterpieces. This varnish is a true Van Eyck. His paintings seem to glow from within. It's as if it's the real thing! Perhaps his talent was manipulated by the same thing as Fiori?

    Itallian Patio

  • optical illusion

    Mistress

This fool Di Fiori, or whatever he is, knew he had a talent for turning pictures into reality and tried to use it without checking it carefully. As a result, the detective was sucked into this fool's work. A very useful man! An artist's talent is manipulated by the desire to influence the mind! If you don't believe me, look for a skylight on the patio. They are optical illusions personified.

A collector who was one of my admirers once told me. He said that when artists use "skylights," the domed windows on buildings, they become obsessed with perspective and illusion. Everyone starts "creating a new reality. Just like the painter!

    Itallian Patio

  • Small articles related to alcoholic beverages

    Cardsharp

Knowing how much the guides love little things related to liquor, I asked them if they knew anything about the Livingston liquor bottles. He told me to check the knight's grave. As soon as you find the bottle, I'll tell you what else I know.

Did you find the liquor bottle? See, the lid is rusty. Let's hope something hasn't gotten in there and ruined the edge of the map.

    Golden Daisies Alley

  • God of Mercy

    Bao

Martha must meditate more and grow a tea toy if she intends to overcome the trials from the spirits. Find a statue of the compassionate Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Pouring tea on it will protect you from unfortunate events.

The statue of the benevolent Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara must be handled with great care! Then you should pour a generous amount of tea on it. Then the heat of the tea will make the surface smoother and smoother.

    Angela's Park

  • light and shadow

    Adeline Svensson

Great artists have one talent in common. The magic of creating something new. Not real magic like di Fiori's, though. If he was looking for the source of his talent in the works of artists, he couldn't have forgotten the "Caravaggio's projector! Look for that projection device on the patio!

The Italian genius Caravaggio used the shading technique, also known as "light and shadow," in his paintings. He wanted to express that "things look different in different lights. He wanted to influence reality!

    Itallian Patio

  • Corruption and emptiness

    Alex

What Giovanni was looking for was a source of talent for other artists. So he wanted to know how to suppress his own talent. I don't know anything about art. I don't know about art, but I have seen a music album with a still life of a skeleton, "Vanitas of Emptiness and Death". Many artists prefer the dark and depressing! Why don't we find a painting with skeletons on it?

What a wonderful still life of a skeleton! Di Fiori was researching artists who depicted the inevitability of death. Everything eventually returns to nothing! Artists fear death and want to leave a living testimony of their lives.

    Itallian Patio

  • Perfect shape

    Isabelle

Can you imagine Giovanni di Fiori's masterpiece sucking people in? To save the detective, we have to keep investigating di Fiori and find out what the quintessence of an artist looks like. He had a drawing of a seashell next to his journal...the golden ratio! It's a snail, look for the nautilus on the patio!

This cup is decorated with nautilus shells! The golden mean makes perfect shapes. I read somewhere that da Vinci used the golden ratio in his paintings. I wonder if the danger of an artist's talent is the mind's quest for perfection?

    Itallian Patio

  • Dolphins are popular

    Detective

I agree with my colleague, Agent Dipp. DiFiore had something in mind when he erased the items. Food and water for survival, and a means of defense...why did the artist ruin this masterpiece? For example, why did he turn off the water spout in the shape of a dolphin? Find it on the patio.

It's just a water spout in the shape of a dolphin. What's wrong with having this in a seaside town? Everyone loves dolphins! But Di Fiori made it disappear. Why?

    Itallian Patio

  • Caravaggio's Legacy

    Adeline Svensson

I'm glad you found this unique patio sketch by Di Fiori! Now you can collect the missing items. Then you can understand why Giovanni ruined his masterpiece. Did you see the "basket of fruits" in the painting? There isn't. But it is in this sketch. Find it, please.

Those fruits in the basket are fabulous! Did you know that it was the Italian, Caravaggio, who first painted a still life of the fruit? I wonder why Di Fiori tried to erase this from his painting.

    Itallian Patio

  • Of all the weapons

    Huntress

Giovanni wrote that you should not complete the painting. You said that by erasing some items from the canvas, "it will be okay for a while." What kind of threat could this painting pose? Perhaps there was a dangerous object depicted, such as a weapon? The sketch just shows a cannon. Find it on the patio!

Old cannons are time-consuming weapons, though they do have their advantages. They used to line the beaches with them. To fight pirates. But there's nothing amazing about this thing.

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • source of life

    Inspector

Giovanni di Fiori got scared while he was finishing the painting and deleted some items from the picture. There must be some explanation...I see a fountain with a lion on it in Adeline's sketch. The masterpiece doesn't have that. Can you help me find this fountain on the patio?

The fountain is an important part of any Italian town. On a hot summer day, this one is literally the lifeblood of the city. In the painting it seems to be painted gray.

    Itallian Patio

  • Small Nature Island

    Adeline Svensson

The important thing is to restore the painting. Otherwise, we will never know what frightened Di Fiori and why he ruined the painting. Using the sketches I brought, we can find items from this patio that were erased from the painting. For example, in this sketch there's a tree planted in a flowerpot. But it's not on that canvas. Can you help me find that tree on the patio?

Nice fruit trees planted. Very Mediterranean! Why did Giovanni leave such a simple object out of his painting? Look, where this used to be, it's now a stain on the canvas!

    Itallian Patio

  • Ancestral Traditions

    Mei

If you want to receive power from the tea toys, you must follow the Chinese traditions regarding tea to the letter. Bring a small statue of a monk to Martha. It will give you a taste of the spiritual world that my ancestors experienced.

The statues of small monks are very fragile. It should be transported with care! It is said that the owner of this tea toy will be able to pursue perfection without compromise.

    Red Rose Cafe

  • biased interview

    Mayor

I don't think Giovanni di Fiori was frightened because he was talking to a priest about the salvation of his soul. Nor do I think it was because a neighbor like Mrs. Peregrino complained. He was threatened with his life and feared that the painting would be taken. If I were you, I would look for something more truly threatening.

Isn't that a "heretic's fork" torture device, disgusting shape. This thing is horrible! The maestro Giovanni di Fiori was in serious trouble!

    Itallian Patio

  • Seeking Protection

    Cardsharp

Even if the priest was the bane of Giovanni di Fiori, that's no reason to run away! And much less a reason to run away with a masterpiece. He must have had a rich patron. Look for a letter with a prominent seal on the patio!

That's a very expensive looking letter with a very expensive looking seal on it! Who the hell wears a ring with the "Seal of the Fisherman" on it... this guy is surprised, this letter is from the Pope himself!

    Itallian Patio

  • Forbidden Science

    Isabelle

She was surprised and frightened to death, as a client, that Di Fiori's stills had come to life. So she went to the priest to accuse him. But what could this painter possibly be guilty of? There should be no problem. Unless Di Fiori has violated some taboo...Come to think of it, I think I saw "Galileo's Solar Ritual" on the patio! Bring me that one.

This model of Galileo's solar system belongs to Giovanni. Di Fiori was a progressive man and interested in science. But the clergy would not have appreciated it.

    Itallian Patio

  • Esteemed Lady

    Adeline Svensson

There's a name on the back of the butterfly still. "To Mrs. Peregrino, from G.d.F." Perhaps she, or someone related to her, was Di Fiori's pursuer? Search the patio for anything that belongs to this lady. Clothes and rosaries, for example.

Judging from the jewelry on the rosary, Mrs. Pellegrino must be very rich. Could such a lady have threatened di Fiori? I have a letter with her initials on it. Let's read it!

    Itallian Patio

  • Magical Properties

    Detective

Face it, buddy. Giovanni di Fiori's pursuers will be found soon enough. And that will break the spell on that painting. I'm sure that's the masterpiece we're looking for! But let's check the letter again. The pursuers appeared after the master had painted some pictures for a client. Perhaps they had something to do with those paintings? Look for that painting on the patio!

It's a still picture of a flower and a butterfly. There's nothing wrong with it...wait a minute, one of the butterflies just fluttered out of the painting! I mean, the picture I painted for this client has life in it. Do you think this was the problem?

    Itallian Patio

  • Benefits of Broader Knowledge

    Adeline Svensson

A real master craftsman cares more about his tools than he does about how he looks! Trust me. My research is absolute. Besides. A real master should have many brushes to use for different works. Find me a paintbrush on this patio.

Interesting. This painter used a cup as a brush stand. It has a nice painting on it! And the coat of arms of Naples again. Could it really be that Di Fiori and his masterpieces are here?

    Itallian Patio

  • creative process

    Detective

Finding paint doesn't prove that Giovanni di Fiori was here. It could have come from some merchant. If it really belonged to the artist, there would be evidence of its use. Take this pigment, for example. This pigment is used only after it's been ground into a powder, right? We need to find that tool. What do you call it... a kneading stick for pigments.

Look, this kneading stick and its container are covered with the Roman pigments we found! No doubt the painter on the "Italianate Patio" used this stuff. But was it di Filoli?

    Itallian Patio

  • Eternal Rome

    Adeline Svensson

Di Fiori wasn't the only one who used nut oil instead of linseed oil when diluting with oil paintings. So this oil alone doesn't prove he was on the patio. But if we have "Roman pigments" that's a different story! I'm so glad I studied up...look for that pigment on the patio. Meanwhile I'll do some more research.

This special Italian pigment has been used by painters since ancient Roman times! Giovanni di Fiori used it a lot too. There is no doubt that this mysterious painter is Italian.

    Itallian Patio

  • Oil that glides well

    Valerie

Do you believe the card scammer's story? You say Italian painter Giovanni di Fiori came to your patio and hid his mysterious masterpiece here? Then we should be looking for nut oil! I learned that in art class. The Italians want to use nut oil for their oil paintings.

Look at this jar of nut oil, it's lovely! Adeline told me that the coat of arms on it is the coat of arms of Naples. And that Di Fiori used to live there! Until he disappeared.

    Itallian Patio

  • Honorary biographer

    Adeline Svensson

If you're looking for traces of the painter, I'm happy to help. Let's see if Di Fiori really came to this patio. It's my way of doing research for my interviews. I'll become an expert on Giovanni's life! I can tell a lot about a painter's personality by looking at the tools he used. Did you know that Di Fiori always used "red chalk"? Find it on the patio!

This "red chalk," also known as sanguine, was often used by Renaissance painters. It's from Italy. No doubt there were painters who visited this patio! But I wonder if that's the painter we're looking for...

    Itallian Patio

  • flower arrangement

    Alex

You're going to collect our fears and turn them into "fear extract"? You can tell us. But if you laugh or tell anyone else, I'll never help you again! No, it's not the darkness or the blood that really scares me it's the gift of flowers. Look for the bouquet and see for yourself.

This guy has the creepiest bouquet I've ever seen. Even ordinary flowers scare me. It's like a conditioned reflex. Imagine a girl waiting for you... with a bouquet in her hand... brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • red tint

    Juliette

The detective said you want to know what I fear the most? If I could find that out, I could make an "extract of fear," right? I can't help but cry when I remember that. I'm so afraid that Halloween is coming up and I'm going to turn into a vampire again. I'm really scared...and I can't stop thinking about it! Just the mere sight of a red drink sends chills down my spine. Maybe you should look for something like that.

What is that red liquid in that flask? Tell me it's just cranberry juice, please! I can already taste the sweet blood in my mouth...

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • Explosion caution!

    Kira Woodville

The final step to activate the "sunbeam" is a very dangerous one. You need to handle the detonation of a small detonator, which will explode if handled incorrectly. Go to the garden and find the detonator. I will disarm it.

Did you really find all the detonators? If even one is missing, everyone here will be detonated. I understand. I believe you. While I disarm the detonators, gather everyone in preparation for the activation of the sunbeam.

    Architect's Gardens

  • Azimuth of the Sun

    Rayden Storke

I learned from reading the designer's notes that there is a reason why the giant astrolabe is placed in that part of the garden. The crystals in the anti-fog device work one by one in sequence, but they need to be exposed to sunlight during a certain period of the day. Let's set up the astrolabe.

All of the designer's inventions are amazing. This one is a giant astrolabe that started moving on its own after doing almost nothing! According to the designer's notes, the "Sunbeam" can continue to function for over 100 years powered by solar energy.

    Architect's Gardens

  • Subtle Power

    False Architect

Every crystal attached to this device has a sphere with a plant placed next to it. According to the designer's notes, the device would not function without these spheres. But there is one problem. One of the spheres with a succulent plant inside has broken! Please go find the same one.

Let us replace the broken sphere with the one you have found for us. The gentle energy emitted by this sphere should absorb any unwanted energy that has accumulated in the device.

  • Memories of Suffering

    Mistress

You must be very driven to ask me about your fears. But you're persistent and... sometimes I have sleepless nights when I'm haunted by ghosts from the past. It's a metaphor. But the feeling of love that I should have killed, of trust that I should have shattered, frightens me. I won't go into any more detail. You'll have to find out for yourself.

Ghosts of the past scare me, they haunt my black heart. What a symbolism, you know? Hope you're happy with this. I won't forgive you if you don't keep Halloween.

    Yui

Martha is a powerful medium. And at the beginning of the year, her power will be put to the test. It's a very wise choice to meditate with a tea toy to increase her own power. Take the statue of the warlord in armor to Martha. I'm sure it will protect her from evil.

Have you found a warrior in a yoroi? In my family, whenever we make a pot of tea, we always pour it into the tea toy first. It's the only tradition that is absolutely indispensable.

    Crash Site

  • Fear of Toys

    Mayor

If it's about fear, maybe you should hit up another resident. I'm a ghost. There's nothing to be afraid of in the world of the living, well, nothing. Oh, I get it, you're persistent. Antique dolls don't creep me out. Are you happy now? Go find them, and you can watch them turn pale.

She is a beautiful antique doll. But keep her away from me. After I gave the doll to my dear daughter, she disappeared. Now, oh, please leave me alone.

You want to know what I'm afraid of? Well, I don't have anything to be afraid of! As you know, I've always been fearless and would dive headfirst into any place that looked interesting. Even the devil lives there! Just...come here. I'll tell you something in private. I'm a little scared of spiders... find a spider.

What did you find? ...Oh no, not spiderwebs! Hurry up and take it somewhere else! How horrifying! I beg your pardon? A fake? Huh, I'm not afraid of those things, I just don't like them.

    Professor

Listen carefully. This is difficult to explain, but even more difficult to understand. I have created an emotional valve for the machine that separates pleasure from fear. Oh, your eyes don't understand. Look for anything that looks like a Halloween candy bar with two spigots on it.

You found the emotional valve! Was it difficult? I believe in you, I just don't have time to make new ones. Your efforts will be rewarded with a great holiday!

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • Too much of a good thing.

    Emma

I know what the part stolen from the machine is...the candy machine! That machine makes sure that monsters always have yang properties! What could be more than fear turning into tasty treats? Let's find this machine!

It's my favorite candy machine! There's even some leftover candy that the monsters didn't eat. I hope the rest of the machine is okay...

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • Fear has big eyes.

    Professor

Do you see how smart this machine is? My monsters rush to the aid of those who are especially frightened, in a hurry! That's why the machine was fitted with a fear periscope. Just like a regular periscope, only it has big, watchful eyes. Look for it...or maybe it will find you.

Looks like the periscope of fear is just a little scratched up...I'll finish up the machine while you look for the rest of the parts.

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • Degree of Yang nature

    Professor

All is lost. The monsters had completely chewed up the yang-measuring device. This instrument was meant to measure the changes that occurred in the monsters with this machine. Obviously, the beating of the heart had angered the monsters. I had a spare prototype, but this part was very rare. But it could not escape damage... I hope you can find it.

You found a spare yang nature measuring device! That couldn't have been easy. Jack and I had to travel to the Underworld to make it. Oh, I won't do it again...

    Jack's Masquerade Ball

  • The Heartbeat of the Holidays

    Professor

Each component part of the transformer serves a function for a part of the change. If you collect them all, I will fix the machine and find out what is causing the strange behavior. Will you do it? First up is the heartbeat sensor for the holidays. This machine is, well... a detector with an instrument on top of a pumpkin. After all, it is Halloween. Look for it at Jack's party.

Your holiday heartbeat sensor is safe! They measure the pressure of the pre-holiday mood in the city. They measure the pressure of the pre-holiday mood in the city, the number of hustle and bustle, the level of fear, and so on. Oh, don't try to understand.

    Conductor

There is always smoke in the laboratory. The professor would not have survived long if he had to breathe in that kind of smoke. Among his five favorite tools must have been a wonderfully powerful gas mask. Can you find it for me?

    Detective

Do you think all great scientists come down to the same idea? When you were going around researching collectors in various investigations, you would have found all kinds of mechanical arms and stuff like that. Maybe the professor used the same thing? I'll look for it.

Look at the arm of this machine! Powerful acids and dangerous poisons can't even leave a scratch on it. You can only envy the professor's mad talent.

    Emma

Why are you only looking for the professor's belongings? I think he was all alone. Besides, none of you knew him! Maybe he had a favorite pet? A puppy, a rabbit, something weirder? You should look for it!

Wow, what a tame little monster! Look. He's got the same Halloween amulet I have around my neck. It protects me from evil magic! The professor was trying to keep this little creature out of trouble!

  • Oversized water bottle

    Vera

The "Sunbeam" will be activated by the simultaneous touch of all members of the Five Wise Guardians. All of us will witness this momentous event. First, we need to find a very large vessel. Find the large fountain in the garden.

You have found the perfect fountain. Let's dry this out and replace it with a large water bottle. You would mix several reagents in this to cool the crystals in the device. That will prevent the crystal from bursting due to overheating.

I mean, for a job that requires so much attention to detail, it's important not to strain your eyes. I think the professor used to wear glasses while working...oh no, I know...you know...those stylish goggles. They protect your eyes and help you see in the dark! Can you help me find them?

With these goggles, I wouldn't be afraid to work in a lab or cast a spell! Wow, you won't believe it. With these goggles, I can see right through you, just like an x-ray!

What objects did the professor handle most often? What objects would have his aura? No. Not tools, not flasks, not books. Not tools, flasks, or books. As a researcher, I can tell you that you need magical energy or a strong cup of coffee to do lab work. I would start with the professor's favorite pot of coffee in the lab.

What a big coffee pot! This professor knows what he needs. He's using a magical substance to heat this pot! Wait, I'll transcribe these runes. I could use some of these.

What, why is it so hard to give a gift to a girl? Just make her a cocktail. She'll relax and start to feel more inclined towards her maker! Yes, definitely. Let's find something festive to drink. A fiery cocktail can be very invigorating.

There are real flames burning in this flaming cocktail! Even I think it's dangerous to drink it. I'm sorry, but this will kill Salem. It would kill anyone.

Among the objects at Jack's masquerade ball was a magical gift that would give its owner magical powers. Jack is blinded by love. But you should know that such a gift is dangerous to humans! Hurry up and find it right away! I'm pretty sure it looked like an invisibility cloak or a pair of shoes with feathers...

The feathered shoe eats the energy of the one wearing the shoe! This artifact would kill a human daughter as easily. Jack should forget about this gift. Otherwise, Salem will repeat the sad fate of Icarus...

After Keira returned from Lower City, I gave her the crystal. However, a lot happened while she was away. My father was accidentally attacked and my brother Lucas' condition worsened... Look at this designer's clasp. Doesn't it look familiar?

This clasp was on my cloak when I disguised myself as a designer and visited Atelier Delamode to request the production of an anti-fog suit. Due to various circumstances and pressure from the collectors, I was determined not to give half of the crystal to Keira. But it seems that the Westerner saw through it all...

I don't think Jack knows how to make a girl happy. All the gifts are beautiful, but I sense a little bit of darkness in all of them. I took a short walk around Jack's masquerade ball, and suddenly I smelled a good scent... and my head has been spinning ever since. I'm sure if you follow the scent you'll find it.

What a mellow perfume! Jack's label says "Scent of Passion". I really feel all kinds of passion in this perfume. But that nymph, she made it too strong...

It's around here somewhere, can you help me find it?

I don't know anything about Salem and you want me to find something in Jack's gifts that she will like? I can't let such a dramatic love affair end in tragedy! I saw a ruby heart at Jack's masquerade ball. It was such a wonderful jewel. No woman could resist it! But there was something sinister about it. Why don't you make sure it's worthy of Salem?

It's an expensive ruby heart! Jack writes: "I am sure that when I am human, the silver in these frames will no longer burn my hands. When I become human, the silver in this frame will be the least of my worries." Alas, this gem is too gratuitous for that naive, gentle boy.

I'm not greedy, but living people value money! Of course, ghosts don't need that. But let's remind Jack of the mundane side of humanity. Find a wallet. It better not be empty!

What a cute purse! It's making a nice chirping sound inside. Remind Jack how confident he is with money. Remind Jack how much more confident he feels when he has money. I was supposed to go to Lower City that day on an airship. In other words, I had the perfect alibi. However, on the way to the post office, the "asteroids" ran into Carlos... The knuckle duster that was recovered as evidence from the crime scene should have been around here somewhere. Please bring it to me.

Confused and panicked, the foragers hit Carlos with a knuckle buster. They almost seriously injured him. I am so sorry. We eventually got the crystal, but since then, everything has gone wrong.

Keira and I came up with a simple plan. While I was in the cabaret calling Mr. Avocado and telling him about the anti-fog suit, the "asteroids" would break into the post office and steal the crystals... "asteroids" being my people. The Cotton Festival had carefully planned everything. Keira even provided us with a duplicate key to the post office. Here, look at that.

Using the key to this post office, the "asteroids" planned to access the crystal stash. This was to prevent them from forcing their way in and making noise. Keira and I had already set a date for the theft, but things did not go as planned...

    Kira Woodville

I will tell you everything. But, Director Black, it is not for you to decide who is right and who is wrong. The leader of the collectors, whom I dare not name, refused to lend a hand. However, in a foggy backstreet, he met someone who was willing to make a deal with him. If you bring me a crystal thread, I will tell you about the deal.

Look closely at this crystal thread. This was made by Vila while preparing the materials for the anti-fog suit. The terms of the deal were simple. Half of the crystals would be used for the "sunbeam" and the other half would be given to Vila and the gatherers.

    Architect's Gardens

  • Birth of the Immoral

    Mr. Black

Let me tell you all about it. That fake designer visited Keira and told her that there was a kind of anti-fog device in the designer's garden and that it needed crystals. Then Keira betrayed me and many other citizens and stole the crystals. Can you bring me some colorful eyepieces? I'll tell you how that relates to this story.

Every collector has this colorful eyepiece. They use it to distinguish between the illusion created by the fog and reality. When I discovered it in Keira's belongings, I began to think about the possibility that she was connected to the enemy side.

When the "Sunbeam" was created, the "Shadow" had not yet left the Guardianship. But I can already sense a hint of darkness from this distorting clock... this clock generates a supernatural phenomenon of time. I never thought I would need something like this to fix Sunbeam...

Repairs to the anti-fog device are almost done. Oh...my God! Look at this. The energy capsule is shattered. Please go find another energy capsule for the collector! Please, before Director Black returns!

Thank you for finding the collector's energy capsule so quickly. It seems that the sturdiness has not changed over the years. This is the main stabilizer of the "Sunbeam". It receives a large amount of energy and distributes it to all parts of the device.

    False Architect

An astronomer also contributed to the creation of the "sunbeam". He used to study the effects of the stellar and lunar cycles on fog. Some of the functions of this device are also set up based on such cycles. Would you like to join us in the search for an astronomer's synchronization device?

Yes, this is it. When the "sunbeam" is activated, this astronomer's synchronization device controls the part of the sky that needs the power. It seems that when I activated the device, I accidentally broke this part.

If the "sunbeam" is repaired with the help of items created by each member of the Five Wise Guardians, it should be possible to clear the fog in the city! However, this device cannot be touched by human hands because of its very delicate and fragile structure. Only a puppeteer's manipulator can do that. Can you help us find it?

I see that you have found a puppet master manipulator. Thank you for helping me in this way. With this puppeteer's manipulator, you can repair the delicate parts woven into the anti-fog device "Sunbeam" by its designer. The most important thing is to work slowly and without haste!

The master chronometer controls the time for each process of the "sunbeam". The designer did not build this device alone. He had the help of the members of the Five Wise Guardians. That is why it is so difficult to repair.

Which designer, I did not even check the personal belongings in the trunk. I just wanted to make sure the closet was being used regularly. Still, you might want to be careful with the trunk. It's funny. This coat of arms looks as if it were made by a child from materials that were available. As far as I know, there were no defenders in your childhood... who made this coat of arms? And why do you have it? I see...you are not going to open your mouth.

The "designer's star" you have found contains a special power bestowed by the fog. It is a legendary item for the people of this city. The switch to release the P-2 consists of two parts. According to the designer's note, there is something like a sculpture here. He says that is the body of the switch. Look for a statue shaped like a chipped circle. It should be slightly charred inside.

Let's compare that to the picture in the instruction manual. Yeah, it's definitely the body of the switch that disarms the P-2. Like the designer's other creations, it's a very elegant construction. She was able to transform an object just by a mental reminder. That's why she was able to create a structure that defies the laws of physics.

So this huge folder is the P-2 instruction manual? Okay, let's take a look inside. No, not this one... not this one either... oh, here it is... a note by "S" - a circuit for a switch to turn off the mass of lightning caused by the P-2's activation.
