You’re almost as sharp as this blade. I’ve used it to cut Carlos’s connection to the evil that he unknowingly brought into the forest. We’d better provide Carlos with extra protection.

Wow. You have some powerful artifacts! They seem to have formed a special bond between Lucas and the dragon. It’s following him of its own volition. I guess there’s no need for a cage at all.

Lucas insists he’s fine, and that he feels ready to chase down the dragon. The cloudiness in his eyes has dissipated, at least. Let’s find a beryl cage where we can keep the dragon once it’s caught.
That cage is perfect. While we were searching for it, Lucas had a flashback to his childhood. I’ll note this side effect of the dexterity decoction in my potion book.

The forest must approve of Lucas’s dragon hunt. He still smells like he doesn’t belong, though, so I need a hospitality bundle to mask his scent. It’s hanging with my dried herbs. Could you get it for me?
Smells good, right? The smoke from the hospitality bundle will send a friendly signal to the forest. But what’s this? Why is the smoke bending around Lucas...? Is there a draft? I’ll check from the other side.

To catch the tree dragon, Lucas needs to create a temporary bond between himself and the forest, so the dragon won’t be afraid of him. This will require the spirit web medallion. Help him find it.
You found my old spirit web medallion! But there’s something wrong. It started vibrating when Lucas put it on, and part of the spectrum grew discolored. But, everything seems fine now.

The solstice is almost over, but the thousand-faced sprout hasn’t yet sprung. We may need to strengthen its roots. A few charged artifacts could imbue the seed with the power of the forest. Do you have any?
The artifacts bathed the seed in verdant light, and the sprout broke free of its shell! Flora seems happy. If her intentions weren’t good, nothing would have happened. Still, I wonder why she needs it.

Growing a thousand-faced sprout isn’t exactly beginner-friendly, but Flora’s persistence is admirable. Only one step left. Sprinkle a pinch of mirage dust on the seed to help it break free.
All done. The mirage dust will give the sprout a magical boost to help it transform. You didn’t give it too much, I hope? Too large of a dose could have the opposite effect.

I took this blazing branch to try to put out the fire inside it. But no matter how hard I tried, it was all in vain. No method would suffice - the flames of wrath were stronger!

The disturbing changes in the plants led me to believe the forest’s amulet was in trouble. And now my hunch is confirmed - I found an open cache and brought it with me. Take a look.
This open cache used to be a repository for the forest’s energy, but part of that energy has vanished, and with it, the forest’s natural order. Oh, I know for sure who started the storm in the City. And I know why!

Whoa! Your artifacts illuminated the foggy clouds, and I saw a real lightning bolt flash inside the flask! It looks like Loukia used the fog to cause the storm in the City. I’ll report it to Black.
