evacuation site
Hanako
I was so lost in thought last night, watching the dancing misty lights, that I did not immediately notice that a few of the lights had wandered into the lanterns in the Japanese garden. Martha told me the entities of the lights and I delivered one to the observatory. The lanterns are at the entrance. Could you please bring one?
Thank you very much. Look at this lantern. This is not the light of a candle, but the glow of many pieces of pure human souls coming together. I have traveled a lot in the world, but this is the first time I have seen such a miracle.

The mistress's plan
Isabelle
To free the souls trapped in the phylactery, all the pieces had to be pieced together. The mistress used a mistletoe comb to lure one of the pieces. Juliette retrieved it for us. I think she just went through the window and threw the comb inside.
Okay, that's the mistletoe comb with the shard of light on it! How did the mistress guess that this was a piece of soul from the mist? I wonder what kind of evil she was planning to do with such a precious energy source in her hands.
-
crown of stars
Helen
I think I have checked everything in the observatory, but this is the only object I found with light traces on it. What about over there? Would you like to examine the inside of that drawer? Yes, I can definitely see the light. I think it is the light from the constellation tiara my father gave me, but let's check it out just to be sure.
You are right. The spirit of light has clearly left its mark on the tiara, hasn't it? It's inlaid with the symbol of Leo in the zodiac. So this is also related to the last memory of the owner of the captive soul? Was that person wearing a crown?

Standing statue of love
Alford Stone
The first victim of the "Gorgon" camera was Mortimer's wife. He took a picture of his wife at the doorway as she was about to leave. Startled, Agnes dropped one of her gloves...it must have been among the things Shirley had left behind.
I knew you would find it! See, about half of the glove is petrified, right? That's because I dropped them the moment they were photographed. Agnes herself became a stone statue, just like Sophia. What a terrible tragedy, don't you think?
-
broken heart
Alford Stone
An enraged Mortimer Sharpe stayed up all night working with dangerous artifacts to complete the "Gorgon" camera. In the morning, he told his wife about the time when they were in love, to give her another chance. Could you please find the wedding photo he showed her at that time?
Ah, here it is! It's a picture of Mortimer and Agnes in an antique frame. No wonder Shirley wanted to steal it. But look closely at this picture frame. There are some cracks in it. The wife smashed this picture on the floor in front of the photographer who again appealed to her not to leave that morning. The couple's relationship was over.
-
cul-de-sac
Alford Stone
The photographer's story should include a way to free Sophia from the effects of the camera. Mortimer was so desperate to keep his beloved wife that he even began to speak threateningly. Agnes promised her husband she wasn't going anywhere, but that same night he found his wife's travel bag. Can you help me find it?
Thank you for helping me find Agnes' travel bag. That...oh, it was here! Actually, Mortimer found two tickets in his wife's travel bag full of jewelry and baubles. The woman who was his wife and muse had lied to him. She was planning to run away with another man under the cover of night.
-
Another man's promise
Alford Stone
Is this how this Mortimer guy came to make the camera that turned Sophia into a stone statue? Well...it all started with a single letter addressed to his wife. It was not Mortimer who wrote it. It may have been mixed in with the ones Shirley left behind.
We know that Shirley stole this letter. It was probably because of the expensive jewelry inside. When Mortimer found this letter among Agnes' belongings, he was shocked. Yes, his wife had another man. That man was a sailor who had promised to take her out of the city of shadows.
-
ideal couple
Alford Stone
Find out how to bring Sophia back to life through the belongings of the man who invented the "Gorgon" camera. Mortimer Sharp was a genius photographer. And his beloved wife, Agnes, was his constant inspirational muse. Among the items Sharpe left behind, there must have been a photo of Agnes. Why don't you join us in looking for it?
Ah, you found the photo. This is Mortimer's wife Agnes. Probably the first time you've seen her, right? I said earlier that Mortimer was a genius, and it is true. He continued to create new and unusual techniques in the field of photography. All in order to capture the beauty of his wife forever.

Chaos in the head
Olivia
Losing the art that was my purpose in life and being trapped in a fog, I gradually became mentally ill. I set the clay on the potter's wheel and tried to make various shapes, thinking that touching the clay might help me calm down. All of them were of vague shapes... Can you hand me the ceramic figurine next to the potter's wheel?
What a terrible ornament. The shapes are distorted and the colors are tragic. Even sitting at the potter's wheel shaping clay no longer soothed my soul. Having lost all my talents and skills, I stopped working with clay.

In the claws of evil.
Detective
Buddy, I can't wait to find out who the soul in the phylactery belongs to. I found traces of light on the ring, which resembles a horrific bird's claw shape, and I remembered what Martha had said. That the owner of the soul could be an evil person. Think I'm exaggerating? Just look at the ring!
Now you know how spooky this crocheted ring is, don't you? Not very likely, but it doesn't look like the belongings of a beautiful peony-scented woman lost in the mists on a summer night. The owner of the soul the shadow cult is seeking must be a witch!
-
Tied memories
Martha
I was following the light trail of a split soul and found some beads tied together. But when I tried to examine them, they fell apart. Please help me find the missing pieces so that I can identify the person whose last memory was associated with this piece of jewelry.
See. The pieces of the soul have left traces in the stone woven into the string, not in the beads. This is carnelian, the stone of Venus. It is said to evoke beauty, harmony, and love. It seems safe to assume that the soul belongs to a woman.
-
Pendulum Problem
Isabelle
I can see traces of it on the pendulum placed on top of the old star chart in town. Let's check it out. I am sure that the pendulum and the star chart will show us the owner of the souls collected in the phylactery.
Helen and I built this pendulum to measure the time of day in the city. We couldn't rely on our eyes to measure either, because the sky here is covered with fog. I wonder why souls are drawn to this instrument? Could it be related to the fog in the city?
-
The Last Bouquet
Martha
To find out whose soul it is, I look for anything with traces of soul fragments on it. Souls usually remember their last moments and cling to things related to them. Go get me that dried bouquet. I see traces.
This dried bouquet of peonies is surrounded by a circle of faint golden light, but this is the mark left by the light of the soul. Maybe the owner of the soul the shadow cult is trying to revive desperately wanted to smell the fragrance of this summer flower in his last moments. Maybe he was a gardener?
-
Heart Reflection
Helen
I had no idea that collecting fog light was so dangerous... The explanation was that to activate the bottle, it needed to reflect the reflection. In my luggage was an unusual mirror covered with runes, so I used it. Oh my, where did it go? Please help me find it.
As the bottle was held up in front of this mirror, the reflections began to overlap and shine, making the light in the mist even brighter. Soon, the light began to head toward the observatory and fill the phylactery. Suddenly, the mirror cracked and the whole process stopped instantly.
-
Light Magnet
Helen
When I first saw the light in the mist, it had not yet made its way to the observatory. My father wrote in a letter that we could collect this energy by using a bottle that resembled the shape of a half heart. When I heard that you all were heading to the observatory, I hid it. Could you please find the jar with me?
Thank you very much. I hastily hid this bottle and forgot where I put it. I activated this last night and it started attracting light like a magnet. The fog light continued to fill the jar for several hours and something unexpected happened.
-
fragment of life
Olivia
I lost my talent as a sculptor, but I did not give up hope. I tried to create works using techniques I had never even thought of trying before. There must be an ugly stained-glass pyramid around here somewhere. Can you help me find it?
Thanks for finding my stained glass pyramid! It was a really poorly done piece...I couldn't even handle the glass anymore. The paint was uneven and I even cut my finger on the glass. I didn't have a single decent technique left.
-
Master of incompetence
Olivia
It wasn't just my talents that the fog took away. I lost all my skills. I can't even remember the basic techniques that every sculptor knows. You see that jar of plaster material over there? Can you hand it to me?
See this! Ever since the fog came, every time I try to knead the plaster with water, it fails. No matter how hard I try, I end up with a strange colored plaster with lumps all over it. I've even forgotten how to use the materials and tools I've been using for so long!
-
Coordinates in the fog
Helen
I had no way of knowing that collecting fog light would lead to hurting anyone. The first time I saw the light was through the lens of a special telescope that was in my luggage. It is called a fog beacon. If you look into it, you will see that the telescope is a very universal object.
This fog beacon would look like an amateur telescope. You can't see the stars with it. But when I pointed it at the fog, as my father explained, I saw millions of lights! How could I have known what they were?
-
Surprising Findings
Helen
Light was attracted to the observatory by the contents of this box. When I opened the box, I found an item inside that I had not ordered, along with a letter. I thought it had been delivered by mistake, so I read the letter to find out the forwarding address. It is hidden behind a photo frame. Can you please bring it to me?
Can you guess who the letter was from? It was from my father! It was the first message I had received in years, so I hid it... My father still thinks I am in the middle of a terrible paranormal event and is looking for a way to help me. Please read. The letter is addressed to you.
-
What's inside?
Helen
Last night a light gathered at the observatory, but before that there was something else. Yesterday morning, a package arrived at my doorstep. It was a seemingly ordinary, blue sealed waxed thing. I assumed it must have come from the Upper City. I often order items from them. Would you like to see the real thing?
This is the box. Some of the sealing wax has come off. I opened it as soon as I received it. There was nothing on the box about what was inside, so I wanted to know quickly what I had been sent. Imagine my surprise when I saw what was inside.
-
Ancient Energy
Martha
I go into a trance and tell the Ouroboros the answer my ancestors gave me. It will then show me a card from my deck. That card will show me the exact answer to the question about the identity of the misty light of the Ancients. Please take my magic divination card!
Well. Hmmm... you say Ouroboros picked this card out of the deck... what does that mean? You see, this card is a symbol of a very old, very precious, inseparable energy. In other words, the human soul.
-
Ancestral Voices
Isabelle
I borrowed a prophecy box from Martha to use when I have no idea what the answer is, like now. I'll ask the souls who lived long ago, at the dawn of time. They should be able to tell us about that light. I need you to get the box for me. It's over there.
Thank you for bringing the box of prophecy. It will be heavy as if it contains the souls of great saints who have seen it all since the dawn of time. Now let us listen. No one but the souls of the ancients understand the principles of energy on earth.
-
reconnaissance
Isabelle
Well, let's proceed to analyze the fog light in a different way. I saw a light heading towards the observatory last night. Perhaps there is some energy source here that is attracting the light. I have a prophetic bird call that will help me pinpoint the location. Please get me the flask with the chirps in it.
Oh my, they found the flask so quickly! As soon as you open it, the prophetic cry will echo through the city like a sonic wave, and you will find the source of the energy that drew the foggy light. Nothing can hide from this force. Keep your ears covered. It's quite loud.
-
Traces reflected in the glass
Isabelle
Now that we have the fog light, there's no reason not to start our research. First, we need to analyze the light that is being emitted. Let's pass this light through the glass of my kaleidoscope of truth. Could you please take it out of the bag?
It was a good idea to remove the glass from the kaleidoscope in case you followed the trail of lights left by the fog light. Hmmm...the light doesn't seem to pass through the glass, but it does paint out some symbols. What a shame it's so terribly blurry.
-
Lost Light
Isabelle
Did you see it too? Looks like there's a light somewhere in the observatory that hasn't gone out yet. How lucky! If we can find it, I bet we can find out what this phenomenon is all about. Help me find the light. I think I saw a flicker of light near the telescope.
Well done! You found the light of the kiri and caught it well! Be careful. If it disappears, we'll have no way to figure out how this energy works.
-
Source of Energy
Detective
Buddy, the device described in the secret codex really was in the collector's safe. But no matter how many buttons I push, it just won't work. Perhaps it's out of energy. I need to find an energy source to recharge it!
Oh, you've found a good one! This iron heart was made by the collector himself to charge other inventions. That's what it says in the secret codex. I hope I can charge the recorder with a recorded message with it.
-
forensic professional
Detective
The safe in which the message is stored is naturally locked, but for a forensic scientist like me, this is not a problem. All I need is a device to pick up the sound of the key clicking. Can you find it for me?
Okay, I'm going to show you now how to crack a safe. Attach this device to the door and turn the dial until you hear a click. Then turn the dial in the opposite direction and listen for the same sound. Repeat this several times and the door will open.
-
what was written in the codex
Detective
In order to read the descriptions in the secret manuscripts of the Five Wise Guardians, we need a special exposure fluid. Hopefully we can find it somewhere in town, but if that's not possible, we'll have to make it ourselves. But there may be no information left on how to make it...
You said there was one last bottle left? That's a big deal to find it! Let's make sure it's the real thing first. A drop on the page of the secret codex... it worked! Letters began to appear!
-
Invisible description
Detective
I'm thinking, if the secret society the collector started was doing something clandestine, all the descriptions about it would be in invisible ink. If we could find such ink and find out how it works, we might be able to figure out how to read what was written. Would you be willing to go into town and look for invisible ink?
You found invisible ink! Let's check it out right away... see, the letters you drew on your notebook disappeared right away. There's an instruction on the back of the inkwell. It says you'll need a special exposure solution to make the letters appear again.
-
Underfloor Stash
Detective
A hidden door that opened in the floor of City Hall led to a long tunnel. Upon investigation, we discovered that it led to a secret passageway to the collector's house. Let's see if we can find anything related to the Five Wise Guardians there, such as diaries, rule books, or secret manuscripts.
I knew it! This is definitely the secret manuscript of the Five Wise Guardians! I can't wait to see what secrets are hidden inside. Okay, let's open it up...hmmm, this is disappointing. It's all blank inside. Is this another one of the collector's riddles?
-
Sealed Secrets
Detective
I heard good things from Martha. She said that the symbols that were in City Hall may be to seal some secret. In order to reveal that secret, they need to add the missing pieces with the magic chalk that was used to draw the symbol in the first place. Let's find that chalk.
I can't believe they really found the magic chalk! Let's quickly add the missing symbols on the floor and see if we can reveal one of the secrets of the Five Wise Guardians... I can't believe it! Just as you finish drawing the symbols, part of the floor collapses to reveal a hidden door!

The Truth That Confronts Us
Olivia
But I didn't despair right away. At first, I thought that my talent had disappeared because of the side effects of the fog and that it would soon return to normal. With that hope in my heart, I tried various methods of healing. For example, the canvas hiding behind that door is one of them. Can you get it for me?
Rough brushstrokes, right? I had always been a good painter, but at that moment I could only paint like that. As I tore the canvas to shreds in a fit of rage, I was convinced that the fog had stolen not only my sculpture, but all my talent for creating beautiful things.
-
signs of the end
Olivia
Hey Layden, I kept quiet about this because I didn't want to make excuses for what I did...things that were unforgivable. But now I'm going to tell you all about it. There are a couple of stone statues in the workshop that have covers over them. Take a good look at them.
Try lifting the veil over this statue... oh, I can't look at it straight on. Actually, you know, the fog has not only not helped my talent, it has completely taken it away. I am no longer able to make sculptures. I can only make awful, awful things like this.
-
A place to settle down
Lady
Now that you have decided to grow it as a bonsai, you need to make it a place where it can settle down. For this purpose, you should get a special pot. Come to think of it, I've seen pots floating in the air at events in the city. Let's look for that!
That's wonderful that you found a bowl that floats in mid-air! The professor told me that the reason it can float in the air without any magic power is because there is a magnet in the base. Surprised?
-
Pursuit of perfection
Olivia
Looking back, she was in a neurotic state then. She wouldn't calm down at all, so I finally broke down and promised her I would make her a statue. I sat Sophia down and talked to her in a gentle voice while we sculpted it in fiscal year. I believe I still have some of what we made then in my workshop. I'll show you.
You can't see much of Sophia's facial features in this statue, but that's because I was busy placating her. After this work, we made up. Then she left. I never saw her again.
-
frozen cry
Olivia
I didn't want to fight. But Sophia didn't believe me that I had stopped sculpting. She pointed to a stone statue of a Jonaki warbler and insisted that it had been made recently. Come here, come here. I'll show you.
Sophia is right, the Jonaki warbler is relatively new. But you see, it is the only piece here that was not made by my hands. I didn't try to explain that to her at the time. That made Sophia even more angry.
-
Unexpected reply
Olivia
Thanks for helping me find the cufflinks that came off my blouse. Actually, Sophia gave me these too. We were very close. I would never have laid a hand on my friend, but she was so violent...
-
delusion
Olivia
We got into a fight because I refused to make a statue of Sophia. She had recently come to believe that she was losing her beauty. The reason for this is a portrait of her. I'm sure it's around here somewhere... can you help me find it?
Yes, this is the portrait. Sofia commissioned a second-rate artist to paint her portrait to preserve her beauty forever. But... the result was terrible. After seeing it, Sophia began to think that her beauty was disappearing.
-
A long-awaited reunion
Olivia
If you insist, I'll tell you about my fight with Sophia. She was the first one I invited after being alone here for so long. She came to visit me and gave me a pair of earrings in the shape of stars. But I seem to have lost one of the earrings... can you help me find it?
You found the earrings Sophia gave you! I wanted to thank her and asked her what she wanted. Then she asked me to make a statue of her... I said no.
-
first-time test
Mr. Black
We have found no clues to this so far, and Sophia's residence remains completely unknown. Either she never came here, or someone has hidden the evidence of her presence here. Let's go next to the terrace located in the center of this pavilion. Can you find the key for me? I'm sure it's around here.
Nice work. I'm glad you found the key. If I'm right, it's called the Terrace of the First Sight Test, and it must have been as famous as the sculptor himself. Come on, let's go there.
-
Artistic Chaos
Mr. Black
According to eyewitness accounts, Sophia entered the pavilion voluntarily. Is it possible that she was lured here or abducted and brought here? If so, there could be evidence of a struggle or resistance. Look at this stone statue. Why is it shattered?
I don't know if this stone statue was shattered by Sophia's outburst. Olivia's workshop is always a mess, because it looks as if people fought. She was so busy creating that she hardly cleaned up the mess. I guess geniuses don't have time for such trivialities.
-
A gift from a mentor
Rayden Storke
It has been several hours since Sophia went missing. I hope she is safe and sound somewhere... what is that thing over there? Is it a carving tool with blood on it? Please be very careful. It might be evidence!
I guess I was mistaken. It appears that the paint on these tools is not blood but paint. Rumor has it that she used only one set of tools. It was a gift from her mentor who discovered and nurtured her talent. Even after she became successful and wealthy, she continued to create masterpieces using only the old tools.
-
Unparalleled talent
Rayden Storke
Will we find any clues to find Sophia here? Perhaps she was brought here by someone who told her the lie that Olivia had returned. If she had indeed returned, she would have resumed sculpting immediately. Look for any relatively new pieces.
This sculptural work is unfinished, but it already has something that fascinates people. The designer's house is said to be decorated with many of her works. Is this work really new, or is it a work that never saw completion because Olivia ran away when this place was surrounded by fog?
-
suspicious noises
Mr. Black
This shield was perfectly fine a few minutes ago. Yet, now it is cracked. It looks as if someone stepped on it by mistake. Is there someone here after all? Be careful. It's not hard to break into a building without a landlord.
-
Hiding place for habitual criminals
Rayden Storke
Do you hear scratching noises on the windows? It might be the culprit. Look, look. A crow is trying to open the window! Oh, he noticed us and hid in the branches of the tree next to the store. I see. So that's where the nest is! Let's check it out.
You're a good tree climber too, aren't you? What a surprise, this nest is full of treasures stolen from Mr. Stone's store! I have heard that crows are attracted to shiny things. Perhaps this crow thief didn't have an owner from the beginning, and went about his crime all by himself?
-
Hypothesis proof
Rayden Storke
Find clues and track down the thieves who stole from Mr. Stone's store. From the evidence found so far, it is possible that the culprits used a bird trained to open doors from the inside. Let's check to see if there is any evidence of birds in this store.
You have found something amazing! This egg-shaped ornament has black feathers. According to Stone, one diamond was stolen from this item. It seems that the killer was right about the bird's help. The feathers suggest that the bird was a raven!
-
false footprints
Rayden Storke
The perpetrator probably climbed the tree and snuck into the antique store. There is a small platanus tree near the store, with branches spreading out in a position where the small window is clearly visible. Could the thief have entered through such a small window? Let's examine the window latch.
I don't see anything unusual in the latch, and there are no signs that someone forced their way in. By the way, Carlos gave me a special loupe that can detect faint traces of heat. Let's take a look with it. Is this... a bird's footprint? Perhaps the thief left false traces on purpose to deceive our eyes?
-
someone who steals secrets
Rayden Storke
Apparently, the crime was committed by an unusual thief. The thieves did not only steal jewelry. They also stole some of Mr. Stone's important letters. Where did Mr. Stone keep his secret letters?
So this is the letter that Mr. Stone is so fond of. Too bad he won't tell us who the letter was from that was stolen...look at this. There is one young branch mixed in with the letter! Why on earth? Could it be that the culprit climbed the tree next to the store to get in?
-
Important documents
Rayden Storke
When I tried to turn the pages of the album to learn about the fate of my parents, I found a spot where the pages were stuck together. I gently and gently peeled them off...done! Oh, what is this? A stamped document fell out of the album. Look for it.
This is a fire certificate. Thank you for finding it. It says that the cause of the fire could not be determined. It also says that the fire was very strong and the house burned down. And the parents were not found either...they are supposedly missing!
-
A nightmare in the fire
Rayden Storke
Was there really a fire at my parents' house? Sometimes I dream about a fire. My grandmother wraps me in a fireproof blanket and helps me out of the fire...could this be an actual memory? If this really happened, the blanket has to be somewhere. Can you help me find it with me?
This is indeed what my grandmother used to wrap me in during that horrible dream. In other words, that was all real. Even though I was still a small child, that scene must have remained in my subconscious. My parents' house was burned down! But what on earth happened to them? Did they really die?
-
Signs of the Past
Rayden Storke
Another puzzling thing about my parents turned out to be true. I went to the address on the nameplate and found that it was an empty lot. What had happened to my parents' house? There were no more pictures in the album, but there was a piece of burnt cloth tucked in. I recognize this fabric. My grandmother had a strange costume made of this fabric. Let's find it.
Take a look at this. This cape is made of the same fabric as the scraps in the album. And it was hung over an antique bust, as if it had become part of the past. Moreover, the edges of the cloak are torn and burnt. Could it be that the fire was the reason my parents' house was gone?
-
Mystery address
Rayden Storke
It is odd that no one remembers where my parents lived. But there is a photo in the album with "Family Dwelling" written on it, showing my parents standing in front of a house with a rather unusual nameplate. I can't see the number on the nameplate very well, but I believe my grandmother had a similar one. Let's look for it.
This is definitely the nameplate from that photo! I don't know why this is here, but look closely at the pattern applied at the edge. I have seen something similar to this in my grandmother's book. She said that the pattern acts like a talisman. I am going to take this nameplate with me to search my parents' house. You may find some other clues.
-
A page about the past
Rayden Storke
I am interested in knowing any small details about my parents. Just recently, I found a family photo album. Unfortunately, the photos had completely faded away, but fortunately, my grandmother's writing was still there. Next to this photo, there is a writing that says "young family" and a picture of Rozaio with a key. I remember seeing a rosary like this somewhere in the cottage...let's see if we can find it.
The rosary you found does indeed look very similar to the picture in the album. The key does not appear to be from my grandmother's house, but it is reasonable to assume that it is from my parents' house, given that it is inscribed with the word "Stokes". Perhaps it is in this neighborhood. Ask the people who have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

Truth-Telling Drugs
Rayden Storke
In an old book filled with strange recipes, I found a description of a yugao soak that magicians use to get answers from the heavens. If you drink it, you may find out if you have the power to control magic. Look for the yugao infusion in your grandmother's vial.
You found it? Then please hand it over here. Don't worry. This is safe to drink... if you are a magician. Besides, we have an antidote for everything. It was my grandmother's. I am ready to take the risk. I really need to know if I have the ability!
-
The Witch's Companion
Rayden Storke
I found out how to find out if I have the ability for witchcraft! I am going to try invoking "messengers", or spirits in the form of animals that serve the sorcerer. I used to think it was just a myth, but I think it's worth a try. My grandmother Clarissa had a medal with a cat's eye design. Find it.
Here it is. It is a medal very similar to my grandmother's messenger. There is a magic spell to summon this cat, but what on earth should I say... well, how about this? Cat, come here..." What was that? A black cat was staring at us from the window! No, that's the neighbor's cat. It is not a witch's messenger.
-
Vivid description
Rayden Storke
I was trying to figure out if I have the gift of witchcraft when I remembered something. A long time ago, I stole a rainbow-colored crayon from my grandmother and drew a picture of a bird with it. Then the bird turned into a live bird and flew away! But my grandmother said I had a vision and hid the crayon. Let's find it.
You found my grandmother's crayon with a crescent-shaped pendant. When I was a kid, it looked like this crayon was moving and drawing on its own. Now it doesn't look like that...but that's not surprising. But that's not surprising, because this crayon is used only when the moon is waning. But it's funny...how did I know that?
-
Uncertain answer
Rayden Storke
Is there any way to find out exactly if I have a slightly unusual ability? My grandmother used to spread her fortune-telling cards out on the table. My grandmother shouldn't be able to use them without putting special energy into them, but they might give me some clues. Where did my grandmother's card go? Please look for it together.
This is my grandmother's favorite card with a white raven on the back. Would you like to find out if you too have the power to control magic? But first I need to know how to use this. The card I drew is... "The Magician"! Is this the answer to my question? Or is it just a coincidence?
-
Secret Knowledge
Rayden Storke
I am sure that in my grandmother's large collection of books, there was an old book that described how to see if one had the ability for witchcraft. This is exactly what I need now. Let's see if we can find something like a mysterious book on witchcraft.
This is definitely a real magic book. But most of the pages are blank. I have heard that such books only reveal their secrets to sorcerers. In other words, I don't have the ability to...wait a minute. Things like symbols have begun to appear on the pages I touch! What does this mean?
-
Organizing grain
Rayden Storke
I would like to know if there really are hobgoblins in my grandmother's cottage by now. It is said that they do not like order to be disturbed. So, to provoke the hobgoblins, I have mixed up the grains that my grandmother kept. If they are really there, they will try to put everything back together. Take a look at the bowl I kept the cereal in.
The grains in the bowl are still mixed up! If there is a hobgoblin here, it seems to be the type that is not very tidy. Huh? Birds were pecking at the cereal? It must have come in through the open window. Then, even if the hobgoblin organized the grains, the birds could have mixed them up again later...I'm kind of confused.

Attractive snacks
Rayden Storke
I still don't know if the hobgoblin is really at my grandmother's house. I actually prepared a snack for the hobgoblins. They love milk, so if you put it in a cup, they will definitely come to drink it. Let's see how much milk is left in the cup I prepared yesterday.
Thank you for helping me solve this conundrum. It is true that there is still quite a bit of milk left in this cup, but I actually poured it out just to the very edge of the rim. That means the hobgoblin drank it. What was that shadowy glimpse I just saw over there? Oh, a black cat went out the window! In other words, it is reasonable to assume that it was that cat, not the hobgoblin, that drank this milk.

clink sound
Rayden Storke
Hobgoblins like to rearrange dishes and other items. If we can take advantage of that fact, we might be able to catch them. That is, of course, if such a thing exists. So, set the spoon on the stand and...wait a minute. Did you hear the spoon clink just now? Let's hurry up and find out who is the culprit who moved the spoon hanging on the stand!
I don't see anyone near the spoon stand. Then why did it make that noise...see, I heard it again! This is probably the work of a draft. In my grandmother's house, even with all the windows closed, a draft would still come in. But we'll deal with that later, for now we have to find the hobgoblin first.

Quiet Steps
Rayden Storke
My grandmother, Clarissa, was a bit of an oddball. So it is no surprise that a hobgoblin lived in the cottage. If that were true, my eyes would have lit up when I saw the soft slippers. In fact, I asked Anna to mend the slippers I wore as a child and left them near the doorway. Let's see if they are still there.
The slippers are still in the same place. If the hobgoblin saw them, he would have gladly taken them. Does that mean they don't exist? That's what we would normally think, but...no, wait a minute. The orientation of the slipper has changed! Who moved it?

Where Artists Live
Mr. Black
The door here is massive and huge, but it doesn't seem to have a lock. Okay, let's try to open it. Damn, it's not moving at all! What a stubborn door...it seems to be held from the inside by something. I'm going to have to work really hard to get it open. Okay, help me. One...two...three!
Get that fallen door up. Gohon...it's very dusty here. Lots of works of art are placed in a mess...Olivia must have used this palace as a workshop. Walk carefully or you'll trip over statues and tools. Hey, who's there?
-
Last crime scene
Rayden Storke
I understand that you are working with Mr. Stone to operate the theft that occurred at his store. That's helpful. First, let's find out where the valuables were most recently stolen. According to Ms. Stone, the perpetrator skillfully unlocked a folding display case. Wasn't it in this area?
Yes, indeed, this is definitely the display case in question. According to Mr. Stone, the thief stole the earrings and ring from this case, but why did he take only those? Was the thief looking for a specific item? Because it seems that there were items in the store that were far more expensive than what was stolen.

New broom
Rayden Storke
I would like to see if there is a hobgoblin living in the cottage, and I would like to figure out at least one of my grandmother's secrets. The story is that hobgoblins are invisible, but they leave traces. For example, they like to relax on a clean mini broom. I believe I left a mini broom just around here...have you seen it?
Yes, I am sure it is. This is indeed the mini broom I left for the hobgoblins. But why is this in the other room? Did the hobgoblin like it and take it? No, I cannot rule out the possibility that the rats took it...

Bold temporary installation
Detective
Buddy, first let's see if it was really the collectors who created the Five Wise Guardians. According to the documents we found at the city hall, the members of the Guardian Order wore special hats as proof of their membership when they went to secret meetings. Let's look for this hat among the collector's belongings.
I guess they found the scholar's hat! Hey, look at this. There's a "C" monogram on the inside of the brim! And there's some kind of intricate symbol on the top of the hat. Is it the logo of the Five Wise Guardians or something? Looks like I was right.
-
curious shape
Doorkeeper
The uniqueness of bonsai is not only its size. The oddly shaped trunks and branches are also a major feature. For example, I need a jack to represent a branch that has been bent by a strong wind. Can you help me find that?
You found a lightweight, sturdy jack. This will allow you to mount it on a very thin branch. Why don't we grow a rosemary bonsai into something amazingly beautiful?

Easter Wedding
Adeline Svensson
The Spirit of Nature is pleased that the hearts of the Lady and the Gatekeeper have been united, but on the other hand, she is a little concerned that Easter has not been given the attention it deserves. I recommend that we take those two events together and add the traditional Easter rabbit to their celebration.
Is the Easter bunny in the wedding dress? Great idea! I am sure the nature spirits will be pleased. I hope Valerie doesn't try to bring the rabbit home. Because her ferret will not like it.

A step toward a happy future
Conductor
Valerie also asked me to help her prepare for the gatekeeper and lady's celebration. Some time ago, I read a lot about wedding traditions. I was preparing for my daughter's future wedding. So I certainly know that I need special shoes for my wedding.
What a wonderful pair of shoes! Traditionally, gold is poured into the shoes decorated with flowers for the bride.
-
Gifts for Guests
Valerie
Preparations for the ceremony are in full swing, but I'm still missing souvenirs for the guests. Since guests should be connected to the bride and groom, I've come up with a great idea. I've got a great idea...uniquely packaged snacks! Can you help?
You found some great chocolate eggs and flowers. Combine them and you have the perfect souvenir. You can eat them and decorate your house with them!
-
tender love
Juliette
My darling, I'm so glad Valerie is helping you prepare the gatekeeper and the Lady's celebration! A wedding is a very important event. It must be celebrated properly, according to all traditions. For example, we can't leave out the showering of petals on the newlyweds. Look for rose petals for the celebration!
What soft petals! I hope one day petals like these will fall on me and my partner...
-
Lucky White Feather
Juliette
The ghost you're giving the lucky item search to was a very talented actor, you said. He died when the set backdrop fell on him. They say pigeons are a symbol of peace, and one has taken up residence in the theater. I'll bring you some bread crumbs and you can call them over.
This pigeon perches in the palm of your hand like a pet. Surely it will protect the ghost from bad luck. Then he will be able to play out his part and go to the other side.
-
spooky good-luck charm
Juliette
They say seeing a spider in a web brings good luck, but I hate spiders. There was one on the curtains just now. Can you get rid of it? Maybe if I give it to the angry ghost here, it will bring him luck!
You found the spider in the spider's web...this replica looks like the real thing! What a perfect good luck charm for a ghost who wants to act out a play.
-
Vigorous branches
Lady
If the little tree we found in the Japanese garden grows up healthy and large, it will surely decorate our house beautifully. By the way, I heard that you need a pair of leaf shears to take care of the leaves. You know where to find them, don't you?
So these are called leaf shears. Thanks for finding them! They look a little different from regular scissors. They'll help me prune dry branches and diseased needles.
-
stubborn root
Doorkeeper
Lady has a strong connection with nature. I am sure she will grow the weakened tree into a beautiful bonsai. But first, we need to cut off the dried out roots. We need special scissors for that. Help me find them!
Thanks for helping me find the root shears! I just learned that thick, stubborn roots should be pruned regularly. That way, they say, the weak roots will get stronger and encourage the bonsai to grow.
-
Natural horticultural talent
Lady
They say that taking care of bonsai trees helps us to be in harmony with nature and gain wisdom. And they say you can also realize the great power hidden in small things... I was just trying to help a small tree. Come to think of it, you said you know how to dig out a tree without damaging it. I'll show you where the tree is.
You are like a pro at digging out trees without damaging the roots at all! Maybe you should stop investigating the mystery and move somewhere quiet and serene and start gardening?
-
Ancestral Witch
Fortune Teller
When those mischievous spirits are busy, no one cares about fortune-telling! We must hurry up and call our magical guardians to tell those spirits that they are only guests. Look for the "Marie Nouveau Cameo."
Is Marie Nouvok, the powerful fortune teller in this cameo painting, pointing at me? No wonder. She's my great-great-grandmother.
-
childhood friend
Rayden Storke
It is hard to remember the past, but we must act now to help Keira. My grandmother kept my childhood belongings in a box instead of throwing them away. Maybe that will bring back some memories. What a box of thoughts! Please lend me your tools to pry this open.
Thanks to your tools I was able to open the box! It contains many things, but among them I found a stuffed kangaroo. Oh, I completely forgot... about my favorite kangaroo story! Inside this kangaroo's pocket is a hollow shaped like an apple. It is slightly glowing, but is it an artifact?
-
The elephant that tells the date
Rayden Storke
He is willing to do whatever Goodman asks in order to help Keira. He is obsessed with the idea of getting himself an artifact that can open a portal to get out of the city. The clue is that it is in the book, which, I believe, has a story about elephants. The artifact may be in the possession of the elephant. Would you be willing to search for it with me?
I learned how to count from this elephant a long time ago. Of course, my grandmother helped me, too. Is one of these number cubes an artifact? No, this is an ordinary wooden cube. Goodman is threatening to kill Keira. But I can't remember what else he told me!
-
Conquerors of the storm
Juliette
These Halloween spirits are out of control this year! It's unprecedented. They've started throwing gourds! Quickly summon your protectors, dear friends. Find me the Cameo of St. Walpurga. Watch out for the gourd!
Oh, my God! Are you saying that I am descended from that great miracle worker? They say Walpurga settled a storm with a single prayer. But you don't expect me to do the same, do you?
-
Good luck wishes
Detective
Hey buddy, when I was a kid, I used to make wishes on the stars in the sky. If I had a shooting star amulet, wouldn't it bring good luck to the ghost? Then he would be able to perform his play and go to the other side. I'm pretty sure it fell near the backdrop of the stage...I'll look for it.
We're so lucky to have found that shooting star amulet! Let's give that ghost an amulet so he can get rid of the bad luck he had on stage.
-
piece of good luck
Detective
With the lucky item, that ghost should be able to play out the play to the end. There is a unique luck charm of the troupe that involves breaking a plate before going on stage. It is said that if all the pieces can be put back together, the play will be a success. I wonder if the ghost broke the plate for luck, too? Let's find out.
So you found a broken plate from a stage where an actor died. Unfortunately, it looks like your luck was not successful...
-
Protector of the Faith
Huntress
I can feel the spirits getting more active! Look, they're throwing Valerie's ferret around like a ball! We need a protector now. We need to quell those spirits! We need to find the Jeanne d'Arc cameo.
Apparently Jeanne d'Arc has multiple descendants. I guess I'm one of them! I've always loved her legend. And I didn't know that her cameo would help protect the city from those spirits.
-
Witches in the Courtroom
Martha
Morgan was a witch and a healer. She was not without ambition. Her descendants would help her invoke the protector. Before the Halloween celebration begins. Look for the "Morgan cameo."
You see, "Morgan's Cameo" refers to me. I'm so glad that my exceptional talent was inherited from that powerful witch.
-
Islanders carrying death
Mistress
I knew you would be crying out for me to do something about those spirits! To perform the ritual of invoking the protector, you need a symbol. It shows the descendants of an old magical family. Without it, you can't invoke the protectors. Those spirits will tear the city apart. We must hurry and find the cameo of Kilkee.
I don't like to say too much. Oh, yes, I am the descendant of Kirche the Island Witch. The witch who bewitched many a sailor in ancient Greece. Don't say I didn't notice.
-
Heavenly Blessings
Martha
I don't think that ghost will settle down until the play is played out to the end. He died under the falling backdrop. And he's in the desperate situation of experiencing the moment of death forever. Let's bring him luck for him. Then he will be free from the fear of the accident, and he will be able to perform his play until the end. First, find the double rainbow that symbolizes the blessings of heaven.
You've found your double rainbow! I bet the ghosts in the theater can feel things going in the right direction too.

The Core of All Secrets
Detective
I've found some evidence that Double Deal is in possession of forbidden artifacts, but it's still not enough. And if I tell you what a person in possession of an illegal item always does? That's right, they hide them! Can you bring me that reinforced box over there? It's suspicious no matter how you look at it...
Just as I thought! See, there are so many secret compartments! They're all empty, but I see traces of energy very similar to what was left in the stick and the container bird. You're definitely getting closer to the truth.
-
Incredible luck.
Valerie
I can't believe this luck! That stone monster over there was carrying a baby elephant toy. Now I have one more toy to give to the girls.
Yay I got my last toy, a baby elephant! I'm already getting excited thinking about riding the merry-go-round!
-
How about kittens?
Valerie
I have two more toys left. I can usually find anything I need in the city, but the selection of toys is pretty scarce. I can't even think of what to look for next. Maybe a kitten?
Oh good, you found it. Kittens are so much cuter than squirrels. It's like they're alive. Meow!
-
Strange toys
Valerie
The guide told me that Bogart took a small toy squirrel from his lost and found luggage. But the last time I saw Bogart, he did not have such a thing. Did he hide the squirrel somewhere nearby?
Well, is this really a squirrel? That's a little odd. More like a hamster, don't you think? But then again, strange kids don't mind strange toys, do they?
-
Exchange for teddy bears
Valerie
Remember my teddy bear? That's the bear I brought to town. I'm sure he would have loved it! But I lost it somewhere. Can you help me find it?
My favorite bear! But I'm a grown man now, and besides, I'd rather be on a merry-go-round.
-
Invisible Shield
Inspector
If Double Deal is after forbidden artifacts, they should have tools to protect themselves from their negative effects. Some artifacts are radioactive, you know. Let's find out if he has any anti-radioactive pills.
You found an anti-radiation pill! It's safe to say that there is no artifact hunter without it. Take a look at the pill case. It's made of glass coated with fog for added safety. I knew I wasn't wrong to suspect a double deal!
-
Boat with sweets
Rayden Storke
In order to save Keira from Goodman's hands, we must find an artifact that claims to have the power to open a portal to get us out of this city. Where exactly is it? The clue is hidden in a book of fairy tales. I remember a story about an animal that goes on a voyage in a big boat. Find the toy paddle boat together.
That's as good as it gets! This boat has a hold and my grandmother used to hide candy in there for me. I hope there are artifacts in there...oh, there are none. It doesn't even have candy in it. I see Goodman is in a bad mood. We must come up with a solution as soon as possible.
-
Useless treasure
Rayden Storke
There was a story in that book, I believe, about a dragon and a princess. As a child, I dreamed of defeating the dragon and rescuing the princess. Now I have to save Keira, who is trapped by Goodman. If there is a dragon with an artifact in it, it might help me. Let's find the dragon.
You found the coin case of the dragon! There must be some kind of treasure inside. It may be exactly the artifact you are looking for! Unfortunately, the only thing inside this dragon is a nondescript coin. Thanks to this, it seems to have angered Goodman. Hopefully no harm will come to Keira...

Special Contents
Detective
The Double Deal. It's not surprising that they would be so casual about stealing a forbidden artifact without realizing the true horror of the artifact. Those people tend to steal every single thing they see. The next item on the list is a walking stick with hidden storage. Will you search for it with me?
That's my buddy! You found a walking stick with hidden storage. There's some kind of special mineral grain inside. My guess is this is to help remove fingerprints. Criminals use these things all the time. Okay, let's give it a try. See, just as I thought. In an instant, my fingerprints are gone!
-
The Mark of Fear
Inspector
If Double Deal was actually in possession of an artifact on the list, he would have to be arrested. Powerful artifacts always leave traces. Have you seen something like the artifact's imprint?
I've never seen such a powerful artifact engraved before. See that very clear incision in the plate section? If that artifact were here right now, we wouldn't be safe either. Is it possible that Double Deal stole it and hid it somewhere?
-
cunning bird
Detective
This is a list of artifacts that are forbidden to use, and it's a hell of a lot... This is my hunch, but I'm sure Double Deal is hiding all sorts of interesting stuff. Now let's look at the list. The first item is this thing called a "container bird". I'm sure it's around here somewhere!
Oh, you found a container bird! This kind of bird is magically made to fly. They are designed to carry illegal cargo. But we don't know if this bird you found is actually enchanted. Best to take it to Martha and have her check it out. In the meantime, we can look for other items.

Symbols of Holidays
Detective
What a story! People are getting ready for the St. Patrick's Day march. Everyone around me is having a good time, and I'm still working on a case. I can't interrupt. I lost St. Patrick's walking stick! I can't do the parade without it. Can you help me find it?
That's what I'm talking about, buddy! You found St. Patrick's walking stick. Apparently, it wasn't stolen. You just lost it after last year's parade. You remembered what happened last year, I see...
-
Yoo-hoo-hoo, a keg of beer.
Valerie
Come on, it's been decided that we're going to have a singing and harp contest on the feast of St. Patrick. The winner will receive a traditional Irish beer mug as a prize. A fitting reward for a brave soul. Now find the mug.
We did it! I got my beer mug. I think it's clever of you to give the mugs to the brave performers. Anyway, it helps to make the contest more popular. But we only have one mug. That's not enough. It might start a fight at the festival!
-
Irish Music
Valerie
Did you get caught up in another card scammer complication? That guy is trying to use even the feast of St. Patrick to his own advantage. Don't let him derail you with his nonsense. We need music to celebrate the festival. Can you find me a Celtic harp? It's a special Irish instrument.
It's perfect! It's called something, but anyway, it's a Celtic harp. How many people do you think would want to play it or sing along? I'm going to give a prize to the best singer, and we'll all meet at City Hall!
